WHAT TO EXPECT
STEP 1
We will meet, tour your home and discuss your goals in selling your home. I will share with you what I offer, an initial price assessment, and what you can expect from me during the listing and escrow processes.
STEP 2
We'll decide on pricing and other concrete aspects of what your listing will look like, all of which will be finalized in a listing agreement.
STEP 3
In addition to usual listing strategies like featuring on social media, our websites, and hosting open houses, we also execute additional strategies to ensure the highest visibility on your listing as possible.
STEP 4
Offers are sent to you immediately upon receipt. We will review them together and strategize on the best way forward.
STEP 5
Escrow typically lasts anywhere from 30-45 days, but can differ. During escrow, we will accomplish things like the seller's disclosure, any agreed upon repairs, a property survey and termite inspection, any other negotiations as needed, etc. There are a number of milestones both the seller and buyer must reach during escrow. Having a diplomatic yet informed and responsive advocate is paramount.
STEP 6
Once we get recording clearance from escrow, you have officially sold your home, and it's time to celebrate!
